Carl Kirkpatrick is a Professor of Pharmacy Practice at Monash University's Faculty of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences, affiliated with the Centre for Medicine Use and Safety. His research focuses on population pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic modeling, optimizing antibacterial dosing (especially aminoglycosides), renal dysfunction dosing, obesity pharmacokinetics, drugs in breast milk, and quality use of medicines.
