Carl E. Motsenbocker is a Professor in the School of Plant, Environmental and Soil Sciences at Louisiana State University (LSU), affiliated with the LSU AgCenter and the College of Agriculture. He holds roles as Executive Director of the Louisiana Farm to School Program and Co-State Coordinator for Louisiana Sustainable Agriculture Research and Education (SARE) Professional Development Program. His expertise spans sustainable agriculture, vegetable crops physiology, and international agricultural development.
