Carl Bernard

Carl Bernard is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) at Cornell University, teaching courses such as ECE 3250 (Mathematics of Signals and Systems), ECE 3100 (Introduction to Probability), and advanced topics in fiber optics and random signal processing. He earned his Ph.D. in ECE from Cornell in 2006 and has contributed to the development of the university's nanophotonics group.
