Carl A. Valenstein is an Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor of Law at the University of Michigan Law School, specializing in the International Transactions Clinic (ITC). He is also a partner at Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP in Boston, focusing on domestic and international corporate and securities matters, mergers and acquisitions, project development, and asset finance across diverse industries and regions such as Latin America and Africa.
