Camille Grange is an Associate Professor at HEC Montréal within the Department of Information Technology. She serves as Director of the promotion of educational innovations and holds the Professorship of Research in Responsible Adoption and Diffusion of Information Technologies. Dr. Grange is affiliated with the Information Systems Research Group (GReSI), Tech3Lab, and International Observatory on the Societal Impacts of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Technology. She contributes to editorial boards of AIS Transactions on Human-Computer Interaction and International Journal of Case Studies in Management.

Research Interests focus on social acceptance of new information technologies, responsible adoption of digital innovations, and automated decision-making systems. Her work bridges e-commerce (consumer behavior) and digital transformation of organizations, with recent studies on Generative AI, digital services, and collaborative UX.
Scientific Awards include being a finalist for edX Prize 2022 for her MicroMasters program in UX Design and Evaluation. She holds a dedicated Research Professorship in responsible technology diffusion.
Advising: Dr. Grange has co-supervised 1 doctoral thesis and 6 master’s theses in the past five years, covering topics from algorithmic delegation to dark patterns in online booking. She has also guided 37 supervised projects on digital strategy and UX management.
Labs and Teams: Actively contributes to Tech3Lab and GReSI, focusing on societal impacts of AI and responsible technology adoption through collaborative innovation.
