Camilla Gant

Dr. Camilla Gant is a Professor in the Department of Mass Communications at the University of West Georgia (UWG), leading the UWG Douglasville campus since 2018. Her work focuses on bridging educational pathways between schools, colleges, and businesses to address regional workforce needs. She implemented articulation agreements reducing student costs and achieved a 129% increase in dual enrollment. As former Department Chair (2011-2018), she secured program accolades including ACEJMC accreditation readiness and a 100% tenure success rate.
