Cameron Hauseman is an Associate Professor in the Department of Educational Administration, Foundations & Psychology at the Faculty of Education, University of Manitoba. His work focuses on the emotional well-being of school-level leaders, with a particular emphasis on work intensification, emotional regulation, and leadership practices in evolving policy climates.

Research interests include educational administration, moral and ethical leadership models, policy analysis, and program evaluation. His scholarship explores how school leaders manage emotional labor amid increasing workloads and policy pressures, contributing to the understanding of well-becoming in educational systems.
Cameron has authored over 25 peer-reviewed publications and the book The Emotional Life of School-level Leaders (Emerald, 2023). He has received multiple awards, including Research Manitoba's New Investigator Operating Award and the University of Manitoba's Olive Beatrice Stanton Award for Excellence in Teaching.
His research spans educational leadership practices, emotional regulation strategies, and the impact of policy shifts on school administrators, with significant attention to complex adaptive systems, leadership accountability, and school-community involvement.
