Cameron Borgholthaus is an Assistant Professor of Management in the Management & Marketing Department at the University of Wyoming's College of Business. Previously, he served as an Assistant Professor at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. He holds a PhD in Management from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln (2021) and a B.S. in Applied Economics from Idaho State University (2012). His research focuses on strategic leadership, corporate governance, and CEO personality dynamics, particularly examining how CEO traits influence board decisions and firm risk-taking. Key areas of expertise include CEO dark personality, board attention mechanisms, and agency theory.
