Callum Bradford is a Research Associate and PhD student in the School of Health & Life Sciences at Teesside University, focusing on health behavior change and wellbeing interventions. He holds a BSc in Psychology and Counselling and an MSc in Health Psychology, both from Teesside University. His academic affiliations include Fuse - Centre for Translational Research in Public Health as an associate member.
Callum’s research spans diverse areas such as mindfulness meditation’s effects on wellbeing, chronotype influences on health behaviors, and the impact of workplace health initiatives. Notable projects include exploring walking football’s benefits for chronic breathlessness sufferers and analyzing food insecurity through community social supermarkets.
