Callan White is Assistant Professor in the School of Stage and Screen at Western Carolina University. A professional actor with 30+ years in television, film, and theater, she brings industry experience to pedagogy spanning acting techniques, directing, and media studies.
Education: MFA from California State University-Long Beach.
Professional credits: Appeared in STAR TREK, CHICAGO HOPE, Hallmark productions; performed Off-Broadway at Kennedy Center and Berkeley Rep; directed at NC Stage and Magnetic Theatre. Emmy voter for Television Academy.
Teaching: Develops courses in acting for stage/camera, voice, movement, and digital media. Office: Belk Building 285.
