Dr. Caitlin Yeager is an Assistant Professor and Director of the Health Resource and Simulation Center at Ursuline College's Breen School of Nursing and Health Professions. She holds a PhD from Villanova University's M. Louise Fitzpatrick College of Nursing, a Master of Science in Nursing Education, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Capital University.
Her research focuses on simulation methodologies, clinical judgment competency, maternal-newborn health interventions, and global health nursing education. She maintains active clinical practice in neonatal intensive care and has developed nursing education programs in the Caribbean.
Dr. Yeager is a 2023 National League for Nursing Leadership Institute for Simulation Educators fellow and recipient of the 2020 Ohio March of Dimes Nurse of the Year Award for Academic Excellence.
