Cai Yuanlin is an Associate Professor at the Institute of Religious Studies under the Faculty of Arts at National Chengchi University. He specializes in Religious Dialogue, Religion and International Politics, and General Theory of Islam.
- Education: PhD in Religious Studies from Temple University; Master's and Bachelor's in Political Science from National Taiwan University.
His research focuses on interfaith dialogue, the intersection of religion and global politics, and foundational theories of Islamic studies. He has served as Director of the Institute of Religious Studies from 2014 to 2018 and has been affiliated with National Chengchi University since 2005.
- Scientific Awards: Senior and Excellent Teachers Award (2017, 2008), Outstanding Teacher Award (2008), and Senior and Excellent Teachers Award (2007) from National Chengchi University.
