Cengiz ARIKAN serves as a Lecturer in the Department of Constitutional Law at Kırıkkale University's Faculty of Law. Appointed Assistant Professor in 2012, he concurrently holds multiple leadership roles including Head of the Department of Constitutional Law since February 2012 and Director of Kırıkkale University Vocational School of Justice since July 2021.
His research focuses on core constitutional law mechanisms, particularly examining the non-transferability of legislative power and substantive control of constitutional amendments within Turkey's legal framework. His scholarly work bridges theoretical constitutional principles with practical governance applications.
As a member of the Kırıkkale Governorate Provincial Human Rights Commission since June 2012, he integrates human rights perspectives into constitutional discourse. His administrative contributions include serving as Vice Dean of the Faculty of Law until February 2024.
