Cafer Çarkıt is an Associate Professor at Gaziantep University's Nizip Faculty of Education, Department of Turkish and Social Sciences Education, and concurrently holds a position at Belgrade University's Faculty of Philology. His academic career spans Turkish language education with emphases on critical literacy, teacher training, and curriculum development since earning his PhD from Erciyes University in 2018.
