C. Martin Stickley is a retired Professor of Electrical Engineering and former Associate Director at CREOL, The College of Optics and Photonics, University of Central Florida. His career spans roles at the Air Force Cambridge Research Laboratory, ARPA, ERDA, BDM Corporation, AFOSR, and DARPA, with significant contributions to laser technology, materials science, and optics. He holds a Life Fellowship in IEEE and Fellow status in the Optical Society of America.

Research Focus: Innovations in high-power lasers, optical computing, semiconductor processes, and advanced materials.
