C. Daniel Mullins

C. Daniel Mullins is a Professor in the Department of Practice, Sciences, and Health Outcomes Research at the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy. He also serves as Executive Director of The PATIENTS Program and Director of the Community and Collaboration Core for UMB's Institute for Clinical and Translational Research.

His research focuses on community-engaged, patient-centered comparative effectiveness research to advance health equity. Funded by AHRQ, FDA, NIH, PCORI and industry partners, his work addresses healthcare disparities through collaborative methodologies.

As Editor-in-Chief of Value in Health, he influences global health economics and outcomes research discourse.
