Bénédicte SUBTLE is an Associate Professor in Corporate Finance at NEOMA BS, specializing in financial analysis of groups and companies, IAS-IFRS standards, and mergers and acquisitions. She holds two Master's degrees (Research and Management) and a DECF in Accounting and Financial Studies.
Her teaching contributions include coordinating courses in International Financial Analysis and Financial Policy across Bachelor, PGE, and Specialized Master's programs. She has developed financial simulations and e-learning tools, emphasizing innovative pedagogical methods.
Her research focuses on financial statement analysis, IPO strategies, and international accounting standards. She has published case studies and book chapters, including a notable contribution to International Financial Analysis - Strategy, financial evaluation and asset management (2020).
Beyond academia, she serves as a financial manager for a company, bridging academic expertise with practical business roles.
