Buğra Kaplan is a full-time Research Assistant in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Işık University's Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences, where he contributes to academic instruction and research activities within the Mechanical Engineering department.

- Master's Degree in Heat Fluid (MSc with thesis) from Istanbul Technical University Institute of Science (2020–2023)
- Double Bachelor's Degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Civil Engineering from Işık University Faculty of Engineering (2013–2018, both with full scholarship)
