Burton ONG

Dr. Burton ONG is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Law, National University of Singapore. He specializes in Competition Law, Contract Law, Intellectual Property Law, and Biodiversity Law, with a focus on interdisciplinary legal education. He has received prestigious awards including the Lee Kuan Yew Gold Medal and Vinerian Scholarship, and has been recognized for teaching excellence in 2008 and 2022.

He has coached NUS teams to championship titles in the Herbert Smith Freehills competition law moot (2015, 2022) and multiple runner-up positions (2017, 2020, 2021).
