Burhan DEMİRDAŞ is a full-time Lecturer in the Department of Management and Organization at the Vocational School of Social Sciences, Kırşehir Ahi Evran University, Turkey, where he has been employed since 2015. He served as Deputy Director of the Vocational School from 2017 to 2018.

His research explores leadership dynamics, social morality, organizational ethics, and the sociocultural impacts of technology. Key themes include Islamic civilizational perspectives on management, ethical business practices, and social media's influence on societal norms.
He contributed to 1 research project: "ÖRGÜTLERDE LİDERLİK, NOMOPHOBİA DÜZEYLERİ, İNTERNET BAĞIMLILIKLARI VE TÜKENMİŞLİKLER ARASINDAKİ İLİŞKİLER" (Relationships Among Leadership, Nomophobia, Internet Addiction, and Burnout in Organizations, 2018–2019) as a researcher.
