Professor Burhan BALTACI is a prominent scholar of Quranic exegesis (Tafsir) at Kastamonu University's Faculty of Theology, Department of Basic Islamic Sciences. Currently serving as both Professor and Department Head since 2024, he has dedicated his academic career to the study of Islamic sciences with a specialized focus on Quranic interpretation and manuscript analysis.
