Bryce Rabideau

Bryce Rabideau is an Adjunct Professor teaching mandolin and bluegrass at the University of Pittsburgh's Department of Music, where he directs the Bluegrass Ensemble. A composer and multi-instrumentalist with jazz and roots music background, he specializes in genre-defying mandolin experiments.

As a member of Buffalo Rose (2016-present), he won the International Acoustic Music Awards grand prize (2022) and performed at SXSW and Folk Alliance International. His composition 'Meanwhile' premiered at New Hazlett Theater (2021) and was released as an album in 2023.
