Dr. Bryan N. Shuman is a Professor and Wyoming Excellence Chair in the Department of Geology and Geophysics at the University of Wyoming. His research focuses on paleohydrology, paleoclimatology, and paleoecology, with an emphasis on reconstructing past climatic changes and their impacts on water resources, vegetation, and human societies. He holds a PhD from Brown University and has authored numerous influential studies on Holocene climate dynamics.
