Bruno R. Véras is an Assistant Professor in the Department of English & Drama at the University of Toronto Mississauga, specializing in Games Studies, Digital Humanities, and African Diaspora Studies. His work bridges historical research with contemporary media practices, focusing on the representation of enslaved Africans, postcolonial memory, and the material culture of the African Diaspora.
