Bruno Meloni

Adjunct Professor Bruno Meloni holds roles at the University of Western Australia (UWA) Medical School and the Perron Institute's Stroke Laboratory Research. He earned his PhD in 1993 from Murdoch University, specializing in protozoan parasite research. His current focus includes neuroprotective mechanisms in ischaemic brain injury and developing therapies like the neuroprotective peptide ARG-007 through his role as Chief Scientific Officer at Argenica Therapeutics (UWA/Perron spin-off).
