Bruna de Ramos

Bruma de Ramos is a Guest Scientist at the Leibniz Institute for Baltic Sea Research Warnemünde (IOW), focusing on Coastal Seas and Society. Her expertise includes marine litter monitoring, ocean and coastal management, and particle tracking modeling. She holds a Master's in Coastal Management from Federal University of Rio Grande (FURG, Brazil) and a degree in Oceanography from Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC, Brazil).

Previous roles include a Trainee at the Nippon Foundation-POGO Centre of Excellence (NF-POGO CofE) hosted by Alfred Wegener Institute (AWI, Germany) and a Research Consultant for a coastal management project in Brazil.
