Bruce N. Cameron, J.D. is the Reed Larson Professor of Labor Law at Regent University, where he teaches Employment Discrimination, Labor Law, and administers the Right to Work Practicum. He has over 30 years of litigation experience in religious freedom and constitutional law cases, specializing in Title VII religious accommodation cases. Prior to Regent, he was part of the National Right to Work Legal Defense Foundation’s litigation team for 48 years, contributing to major Supreme Court cases on compulsory unionism and employee rights.

Research Interests: Prof. Cameron focuses on the intersection of religious freedom, labor law, and constitutional rights. His work emphasizes protecting employees' rights to religious accommodation, challenging compulsory unionism, and advancing legal protections for religious dissenters. He has authored 29 articles and co-authored influential texts on employment discrimination and labor law.
Current Projects: He is involved in high-profile cases such as Klein v. Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries (First Amendment rights of business owners) and Groff v. DeJoy (Title VII religious accommodations). He also leads the Freedom of Conscience Project, defending state Right to Work laws and religious institutions' autonomy.
Labs/Teams: Directs the Right to Work Practicum at Regent, offering students litigation experience. Collaborates with the National Right to Work Legal Defense Foundation on federal and state court cases.
