Bruce Doré is an Assistant Professor in Marketing at McGill University's Desautels Faculty of Management and Director of the Affective Mechanisms Lab. His research focuses on understanding how ideas and emotions spread, combining methodologies from neuroscience, behavioral science, and computational modeling. He holds a PhD from Columbia University and a BSc from the University of Guelph.
Research Interests: Prof. Doré explores mechanisms behind impactful communication, consumer word-of-mouth, and emotional contagion through interdisciplinary approaches. His work includes neuroimaging studies of decision-making, natural language processing, and computational modeling of social influence dynamics.
