Brooke Fisher Liu

Brooke Fisher Liu is an Affiliate Professor in the Department of Communication at the University of Maryland. Her research focuses on crisis and risk communication, particularly in digital/social media contexts, severe weather, and infectious disease. She has been funded by agencies like NOAA, DHS, and NSF, and co-founded the Journal of International Crisis and Risk Communication Research.
