Brittany Nikolic

Brittany Nikolic serves as Head Coach of Women's Soccer and Lecturer in the Department of Health, Kinesiology, and Sport Management at University of Wisconsin-Parkside. Appointed in June 2015 as the program's fourth head coach, she teaches PE 491 - Varsity Field Experience and has led the Rangers to significant competitive success.

Nikolic earned her BA in American Studies with focus on politics, policy, and economics from Stanford University in 2004. Prior to Parkside, she served six years as head coach at NCAA Division III Alverno College and was assistant coach at Northwestern, UNLV, and Milwaukee from 2004-2008.

Her coaching expertise spans soccer strategy, athlete development, and sports psychology. Under her leadership, the Rangers made a historic run to the 2023 GLIAC Championship match, defeating nationally ranked opponents including #2 Grand Valley State in the semifinals. Her 2023 team finished 8-8-4 overall with a 3-7-4 conference record.

Nikolic's career accomplishments include:

• Guiding Parkside to GLIAC Championship match in 2023
• Leading Alverno College to program-best season in 2013
• Helping Milwaukee win Horizon League double (2008)
• Assisting UNLV to Mountain West Conference Tournament crown (2006)
• Earning two All-Pac 10 Conference honors as Stanford player (2000-2003)

As a player at Stanford, she contributed to four NCAA Tournament appearances including a Pac-10 Championship and NCAA Quarterfinals berth in 2002. She develops student-athletes who consistently earn conference honors across multiple seasons.
