Prof. Dr. Brigitte RENIERS is a full-time Professor at the Faculty of Industrial Engineering Sciences, Hasselt University, affiliated with the Nuclear Technology Research Group and the Center for Environmental Sciences. She serves as the Secretary of the Examination Board for the Master's degree in Industrial Sciences: Nuclear Technology.

Her teaching portfolio includes Radiotherapy and dosimetry (coordinating responsible) and Nuclear technology courses at bachelor's and master's levels.
Key collaborations include supervising doctoral candidates on topics ranging from automation in radiation therapy to nanoparticle-enhanced radiotherapy.
