Brigit Olsen

Brigit Olsen is an Adjunct Professor at The Chicago School, affiliated with the College of Graduate and Professional Studies and the IO/Business Psychology department. She has been associated with the university since 2008, previously serving as Lead Faculty for Industrial/Organizational Psychology and Director of Student Services. Currently, she operates a consulting company in the Midwest, advising clients in organizational development across healthcare, higher education, commercial construction, and other industries.

She is certified as a HeartMath trainer, emphasizing stress management techniques, and maintains professional memberships in The Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology and the HeartMath Community of Practice. Dr. Olsen bridges academic research with corporate applications, serving both Fortune 500 companies and small businesses.
