Brandy Blount is a core faculty member in the Organizational Leadership department at The Chicago School, where she has taught since 2012. She facilitates courses, chairs dissertations, and contributes to university committees while mentoring adjunct faculty in both undergraduate and graduate programs.

Her research focuses on job satisfaction, organizational culture, and leadership development, with expertise in business/industrial-organizational psychology. She is a limited licensed psychologist in Michigan and holds a Six Sigma Green Belt certification, emphasizing practical applications of organizational psychology in workplace settings.
Brandy actively engages in professional societies, including the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology and PSI CHI. She contributes to academic discourse as a journal article reviewer for The Handbook of Technology Management and participates in community outreach through motivational speaking and volunteering with nonprofits.
