Brice Semmens

Brice Semmens is a Professor in Marine Biology and Biological Oceanography at the Scripps Institution of Oceanography, UC San Diego. He serves as Director of the California Cooperative Oceanic Fisheries Investigations (CalCOFI), a long-term oceanographic and fisheries monitoring program.
