This research bridges clinical practice and evidence-based interventions to optimize intensive care protocols for intubated and tracheostomized adult patients.
She currently leads the research project 'The Impact of Endotracheal Suctioning on Pain, Hypoxia, and Oxidative Stress Biomarkers in Intubated and Trached and Vented Adult ICU Patients: A Controlled Trial' as Principal Investigator, funded by Loma Linda University's Department of Nursing (Graduate) from November 2024 to November 2025.
