Brian DeBroff is a Professor of Ophthalmology & Visual Science at Yale School of Medicine and serves as Chief of Ophthalmology at Yale New Haven Health/Bridgeport Hospital. He is also Vice Chairman of Faculty Affairs and Director of Cataract and IOL Implant Surgery at Yale. Affiliated with the Yale Institute for Global Health, he contributes to global ophthalmic care and education.

He leads clinical and educational teams in cataract surgery and is preceptor for the Catalys Precision Laser Cataract System, training other ophthalmologists in advanced techniques.
