Brian Daldorph is a Senior Lecturer in the English department at the University of Kansas. He teaches creative writing, literature, and writing courses. With international teaching experience in Japan, Senegal, and England, his work focuses on poetry and literary analysis. His published works include two poetry collections: The Holocaust and Hiroshima: Poems and Outcasts, both from Mid-America Press. He also edits Coal City Review, a literary journal.
His research interests span creative writing pedagogy, Holocaust and Hiroshima literature, and comparative historical narratives. Daldorph’s poetry has been widely published in journals, with themes exploring human resilience and cultural memory. He actively engages in literary communities through editing and international academic collaborations.
