Brian Albright is an Adjunct Associate Professor of Business and Management at Hope International University (HIU). He holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from Eastern University, alongside multiple master’s degrees in Business Administration and Intercultural Studies. His academic interests focus on Social Entrepreneurship and Business as Mission, emphasizing faith-based approaches to economic development.
Albright’s research explores the intersection of business, ethics, and global mission, as seen in his 2015 publication on faith-based social businesses in Sub-Saharan Africa. He has presented at conferences like the International Conference on Missions (ICOM) and the Korea Association of Logos Management (KALM). His professional affiliations include the Christian Business Faculty Association and the International Leadership Association.
Albright has received the 2014 Dissertation Award for his study on faith-based social enterprises. Beyond academia, he serves as a Board Chairman for Living Room International Ministries and contributes to editorial work for business-as-mission initiatives. His teaching spans undergraduate and graduate courses in business ethics, leadership, and nonprofit management.
