Brett Taubman

Dr. Brett Taubman is a Professor in the Department of Chemistry at Appalachian State University, where he joined the faculty in 2007. He serves as Director of the Fermentation Sciences program and teaches analytical, brewing, and introductory chemistry courses while leading Ivory Tower, Inc.—a 501(c)(3) non-profit advancing fermentation research and education.
