Brett Dolter is a postdoctoral research fellow at the University of Regina’s Faculty of Arts, affiliated with Economics, Geography, and Environmental Studies. He holds a PhD in Environmental Studies from York University, a Master’s in Economics from the University of Victoria, and a Master’s in Resource Management and Environmental Studies from the University of British Columbia. His work bridges ecological economics, climate policy, and energy systems, with a focus on decarbonization and sustainable infrastructure.
