Brendan H. Grubbs

Brendan H. Grubbs is Assistant Professor of Clinical Obstetrics & Gynecology at USC, serving as Co-Director of the Fetal Maternal Center and MFM Fellowship Program Director. His clinical focus is prenatal diagnosis and congenital anomalies management.

Research examines:

• Psychosocial stressors and maternal cardiovascular outcomes
• Genetic determinants of hypertensive disorders
• Air pollution impacts on fetal development

He leads multiple NIH-funded perinatal cohort studies investigating environmental exposures, maternal health trajectories, and fetal programming mechanisms. Current work explores blood pressure patterns from pregnancy through postpartum years.
