Brenda L. Cassidy

Brenda L. Cassidy is an Associate Professor at the School of Nursing, University of Pittsburgh, with a focus on Health Promotion & Development. Her career spans over 30 years of teaching, clinical practice, and advocacy in pediatric and adolescent health.

• Specializes in adolescent sexual health care and HPV vaccine advocacy
• Developed copyrighted educational modules for youth health outcomes
• Active in national committees and initiatives, including the Alliance for Children in Trafficking (ACT)
