Brenda Gellner

Brenda Gellner is a Visiting Assistant Professor at the University of Connecticut's School of Public Policy, part of the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences. Her research focuses on policy implementation, particularly the gap between policy design and execution at the frontline, with emphasis on healthcare professionals' discretion and well-being. She employs mixed methods combining public administration and health services perspectives.
