Brenda Dvoskin is an Associate Professor of Law at Washington University in St. Louis School of Law, specializing in feminist legal theory and the intersection of law, technology, and sexuality. She currently serves as a Faculty Associate at the Berkman Klein Center for Internet and Society at Harvard University, focusing on critical feminist frameworks for regulating online sexual encounters and privacy. Her research addresses safety, consent, and participatory governance structures in digital spaces.
