Breea Clark serves as Director of the JCPenney Leadership Program and teaches undergraduate, graduate, and study abroad leadership courses at the University of Oklahoma's Michael F. Price College of Business. She joined OU in 2008, initially contributing to the Office of the Provost and establishing the Office of Academic Integrity Programs (10 years) before assuming her current role in 2018.
She holds a B.A. in Political Science from Wichita State University (2005) and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma College of Law (2008).
Clark's expertise focuses on:

- Community engagement translating to public service
Her recognitions include:

Clark actively mentors student organizations as Faculty Advisor to IGNITE and previously advised the Pre-Law Club. She held significant civic roles including Norman City Council (2016-2019) and Mayor of Norman (2019-2022).
