Bratislav Zlatković is a full Professor at the Chamber Music Department of the Faculty of Arts, University of Niš. He holds positions as composer, arranger, performer, and educator with extensive international experience. His career spans classical and popular music, film scoring, and academic leadership.
Education: Graduated in flute from Sarajevo Academy of Music (1961 birth year noted). Professional trajectory includes recording 6 albums with group Galija and solo work under PGP-RTS label, composing hits like 'Did you sleep' and 'Skadarska'. Since 1993, he has taught flute and guitar at various music schools, advancing to Associate Professor (2009) and full Professor (2019).
Research focuses on chamber music innovation, having published 15 compositions under 'Vergul – Art' and created the oratorio 'On the crossroads'. Active in artistic direction for festivals like Naissus Guitar Festival (2010-present) and Nisomnia. Collaborations include duo Crescendo (flute/guitar) and trio de Janeiro, performing across Europe.
Recipient of multiple festival awards for film/theater music compositions. Jury member at competitions with over 40 first-prize wins by his students. Founded the Crescendo duo with Prof. Vesna Petković, performing in venues like Banski dvor (Banja Luka) and RTS studios.
Led major productions like Bratislav Zlatković Author’s Evening featuring 40+ musicians from Niš cultural institutions. Published a CD of 'This is my country' through University of Niš Faculty of Arts and Serbian Academy of Sciences.
