Brandt Wiskur

Brandt Wiskur, PhD, LMSW, is an Associate Professor of Research in the Department of Family and Preventive Medicine at the OU College of Medicine, with an adjunct appointment in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences. He also works as a psychotherapist at OU Health Psychiatry. His expertise spans institutional research methodology, biomedical research, and social work education, informed by prior roles as Director of Institutional Research (10 years) and Interim Assistant Vice Provost (4 years). A neuroscience PhD (2008) and summa cum laude MSW graduate (2017), he has secured NIH funding and authored 25 peer-reviewed publications.
