معرفی
Brandon Mok is a Doctoral Researcher at Loughborough University specializing in low-carbon glazing techniques, particularly water-filled glass systems. His research focuses on sustainable building envelopes, thermal comfort analysis, and lifecycle assessment of advanced glazing materials. He holds an MEng in Civil Engineering from Loughborough University and has conducted undergraduate research in related fields.
His research interests include optimizing the structural and thermal properties of Insulated Glass Units (IGUs), evaluating carbon footprints of building retrofits, and advancing energy-efficient glazing technologies. He is affiliated with the Building Energy and Structures & Materials research groups at Loughborough.
Recent publications emphasize global carbon viability of glass technologies, thermal performance of building envelopes, and lifecycle assessments of water-filled glass systems. His work bridges material science, architectural design, and environmental sustainability to address climate challenges in the built environment.
