Bram de Jonge

Bram de Jonge is a postdoctoral researcher affiliated with the Department of Law at the Wageningen School of Social Sciences (WASS), Wageningen University & Research. His work focuses on seed policy, intellectual property rights (IPR), and agricultural development in the Global South. He has co-supervised PhD candidates such as Hassena Beko (Ethiopian seed sector governance) and P. Munyi (pro-poor innovations in agriculture).

Recent articles highlight his work on farmers’ varieties registration, seed sector transformation in Ethiopia, and regulatory impacts of new breeding technologies. His projects address collaborative governance in seed sectors and pro-poor intellectual property regimes.
