Bradley Staats is the Ellison Distinguished Professor of Operations, Senior Associate Dean for Strategy and Academics, and Faculty Director of the Center for the Business of Health at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill's Kenan-Flagler Business School. He holds a DBA in technology and operations management and an MBA from Harvard Business School, along with a BS in Electrical Engineering and BA in Plan II and Spanish from The University of Texas at Austin.
His research integrates operations management and human behavior to optimize performance in healthcare, technology, and service industries. Key interests include:
